***A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold the date. The deposit & design proposal costs are subtracted from the total at signing of letter of agreement.

$2.00 on up to $50.00 per person (rental costs, meal choices not included in per person cost)  

Astonishing Events, Inc. reserves the right to choose vendors, rentals, decoration, at no less then 65% of the per person cost. 

***All Events include design, vendor referrals, setup and teardown and coordination at event

***Disclaimer: -Advertised fees are the minimum fee required for each service listed. In most cases, most of the time the fee will not increase. Cost of materials and of rentals are not included as part of the fee. Agreed to fee is valid up until one year from date of contract signing.
